In 2019, the Government of Aruba introduced its “Circular Economy Vision 2050,” presenting a strategic roadmap to transform the island into a sustainable circular economy by mid-century. Aruba’s Circular Economy Vision 2050 underscores the island’s dedication to sustainable development and its active role in addressing global climate challenges. The mission of the Aruba Circular Economy Foundation (ACEF) resonates with this national vision, further supporting the transition towards a sustainable and circular island economy.
